Tell me what you fear just inside, look at you
Tell me what you hope just inside, look at you
Is it still only possible ?
Forget the normal people, they don't forgive, they are not true,
They don't exist... Look at you !
And if they play a game, and if they die blind, and if they... Suffer,
Yes, if they suffer...
Come on, lead your revolution,
Come on lead your revolution,
Lead your revolution.
¿ * révolution ? attempts to illustrate an old debate at society level: is the use of violence a good tool to bring peace, justice and a better society (Sartre is rather for it)? Or is the non violent action the better option for the same goal (Camus is rather for it)?
Well, the second option, at least tries to preserve dignity in action which has a nowadays continuum in the ecological preservation of our planet: the green revolution has to overcome too many issues and at too many different levels to welcome violence as an option. So that anyone thinking at the Earth survival seriously, has no option but to completely erase violence as an option, and promote collaboration. Saving the planet could then also simply save human beings.
At an individual level, ¿ * révolution ? questions the limits of love: what prevents somebody to act positively towards another human being, and by extension to love that person? Is it the overall impression of a difference in another human being (nationality, gender, culture, religion...), or a rational/irrational fear, or anything else? Can we call it a personal/private revolution to go beyond our cultural habits and to make "immobile trips" (e.g. meeting our neighbours)? Well, there are more questions than answers here, but at least let's try to fly high while becoming a bigger person, a "big somebody".
